Alert CCX Agent of Calls in a VIP CSQ

Our client is attending calls in a CCX Contact Center, but agents are also performing other tasks. When a VIP Call is received and it is routed to a VIP CSQ they need to receive a visual and (if posible) audio notification to make sure that agents are aware that there is a priority call waiting.

 

Is the a Finesse gadget to get this functionality? Can this behaviour be accomplished via API?
