Alert Sound for calls in queue

Hi all,

We are using ICM6.0 sr7, we have a requirement that if there is any call in the queue the supervisor should get an alert (Sound and popup/email).

Can anyone suggest.

Does anyone have a solution for this? We need to have either sound alerts or flashing lights. We are using ICM too. I see only solutions for Express posted. :(
