All Agents Forced To Not Ready

Hi Everyone

I just had a call from several different call center managers stating that all the agents in the call center would try and login and go into the ready state and when they did they would be forced to not ready. They told me that this happened for about 5 minutes and then they could go into the ready state. I wanted to know has anyone seen this before and what would cause something like this to happen.
