We are seeing a weird issue wherein the ANI in the TCD table displayed as 'anonymous' not sure why this is happening, any thoughts?
It means that the callers provider has masked their ANI or the caller him/herself has masked it. If you're in the US, you can block it by pre-pending *67 to the DNIS.
Thx Omar, any idea if this can be retrieved, we would need to populate this value in CTI.

Please check in RCD table by using Router Callkey Day(snap depicts same routercallkeyDay) and verify ANI in RCD table .

Thx for your input, I even checked in the RCD table it shows the same, we are trying to populate the ANI in the CTI but to this, we aren't able to achieve.
