We are migrating CTIOS to Finesse.
In Current CTIOS desktop ANI number getting displayed in direct Preview calls during reserve mode.
However ,On Finesse 11.0 ANI is not being displayed for direct Preview calls during reserve mode without this information agent cannot decide to accept or reject the call.
ANI is getting displayed after the call is accepted.
We need a solution for this issue.
