Any difference between Primary and Secondary Supervisor in IPCCX 7?

Hi Community!

I'm trying to figure out if there is any difference between the primary and the secondary supervisor in IPCCX 7. I have a team where person A is Primary and person B is secondary.

When person A logs into appadmin and goes to RmCm and looks under teams he/she can see the team he/she is the supervisor of.

If person B does the same he/she can't see anything under Teams. So I'm wondering if this is correct because that person is a secondary supervisor, or if there is something wrong with my setup.

All secondary supervisors behave this way. One user in the system is Primary Supervisor in one team and Secondary Supervisor in two other teams. He can only see the team he is the Primary Supervisor of listed under Teams.

Secondary supervisor should have the capability of assigning Resources and CSQ's to the team under the Team page  and in resources page he/she should be able to see all the agents assigned to that team

Do you have any SR installed on the UCCX server or is it just base 7.0(1)

We are running 7.0(1)SR05_Build504 on this server.

If reboot of the server has not been performed try that - if that does not help looks like you might need help from TAC
