CSQ Agent Summary Report, do you get a grouping summary when you go to Edit > Grouping > Grouped By CSQ Name (csq_name) and Show Summary?
I'm expecting to there to be a summary at the bottom of the report, but I've checked 3 different environments and nothing, but not sure if this is an issue with the IE version I'm running. See image for expected summary field.

Hi David,
Looks like the problem still exists in 10.6(1). I don't think it's a browser issue, I think it's a defect with the Report Definition as groupings summary rows work fine in other reports like the Contact Service Queue Activity by CSQ Report.

Thanks Nathan, I'll open a TAC case and find out what's going on. I'm thinking that this is intentional as there's some BS line in the reporting guide about summaries and groupings. :(

The "CSQ Agent Summary Report" by default does not show the average of any of the fields "group by" but rather displays the information for each CSQ/Agent separately.
You can refer to other reports to generate what is needed for example you can use the "Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report" by choosing a single CSQ this will allow you to get the average Talk time for that CSQ.

Which Version of UCCX, I observed similar issue in UCCX 9.0.2 which us fixed in 9.0.2 SU2
