We are looking to implement an external web site which our clients will use to active Preconfigured wav files or close the scripts. We have something like this in another location working where they use an application gateway. My question is why do you need an application gateway if you can use call studio which can integrate dB or carry out rest, api commends to Web sites
Why use a application gw when it seems that call studio via dB and rest, api look up seem to achieve this as well?
Is an application gateway legacy?
