Application Manager in partial service

I recently upgrade my IPCC server from 3.5.4 to 4.0.5SR2. Since then,my Application Manager goes to partial service saying that "Potential deadlock detected: Application=TAB Deposits". When looking at the TAB Deposit applicaton, I don't see what would cause this. This is the same script that I"ve ran for 4 years. Has anyone seen this or know what might be causing this problem

Have you tried re-saving the script with the 4.0.5SR2 Script Editor? It is possible that underlying Java code has changed.
