AQM Desktop with Network Recording

Hello,

The customer has an existing 10.x environment with desktop recording and was interested in enabling some phones for network recording. Is it possible to have both desktop and network-recorded endpoints in the same environment, granted the QM server is running the necessary services?

did you ever discover an answer to this question? I am looking to migrate from Desktop Recording to Network based recording and curious how that will impact recorded calls. Could they show up twice? Looking for suggestions from someone who may have done this.
