Originally my company only purchased the basic QM licenses for Compliance, recently have seen the need for screen recording along with the voice and purchsed the AQM license. I have loaded the AQM license on the UCCx server and it recognizes them but I cannot get the AQM Administrator to see that those licenses are loaded. I have tried restarting the QM server but cannot get the number to change, is there a step I am missing? Thanks in advance.

I am running UCCx 7.0.1 SR 4 and QM 2.7.3.

Hi Experts, a query,
To license AQM - Calabrio, do the phones that I want to record calls necessarily have to work together with UCCX? Or can I record calls from any Cisco phone, for example, if I am asked to record calls from an administrative user and is not registered with UCCX?
Uses CUCM 10.5 and AQM 10.5
