Installed Advanced quality management 8.5.1 server and install client on the agent PC, however everytime agent windows login, the recording doesn't work.
Agent PC Log shows the following errors :
2011-04-28 21:19:41:608 WARN STD3008 The thread [940:] terminated unexpectedly. Reason: Caught unknown exception.
And debug shows the following :

Server log doens't show any error.
Anyone having similar issues ? and how to resolve this ?
