AQM, WFM and Social Miner Failover

I have a customer that is looking to separate their cluster for geographical redundancy (all versions are 10). For CUCM, CUC and UCCX I found information including bandwidth requirements but cannot find anything for the add on products for UCCX. Does anyone know if if possible to run these applications (AQM,WFM,Social Miner) in a HA mode and if so where can I find this information? Thank you

Hi-

 

To my knowledge, at this point in time, the only geographic redundancy you can have with AQM is for the recording servers.  The ability to have multiple Base servers is not currently an option from the Cisco OEM offering of AQM.

What type of recording are they using?
