Are you still there before prompt is played on Get Digit String

Using a callback where the UCCX calls the agent to initiate a callback to a customer. When the UCCX calls the agent, I have a Get Digit String with a prompt to enter any digit to continue.  The Get Digit String has an initial timeout of 5 seconds.  The prompt is not always played first time around.  I've put a delay of 2 seconds in front of this step but it doesn't help.  Thoughts?

Use a DP[500]+P[Prompt.wav]

The small half second delay at the beginning can help as the prompt playback sometimes starts in the middle. You may need to adjust the size of the delay.

This is likely due to the fact that you are looping this prompt several times while waiting for an Agent to pick up.  There's really nothing wrong with hearing it, as long as you understand why it's happening.  If you do in fact want to get rid of it, you have a few options as I describe here:
