Description: Join us for a use case based discussion on some of the key customization possibilities within the Unified Contact Center Express solution with the help of APIs, custom reporting and advanced scripting to solve customer collaboration challenges. API topics include outbound campaign management and day 2 provisioning APIs. Reporting topics include understanding the database schema and accessing the database for custom reports using Intelligence Center. Scripting topics include unique call handling, alerting on error conditions, and http trigger based applications, etc.
