I know some of this ground has been covered in previous posts, but I am getting some conflciting information from TAC: according to TAC, running attendant console and CAD/CSD on the same XP box is unsupported! In prior posts in this group I seen conversations that have indicated running boths apps on the same machine is supported, so long as each app doesn't use/control the same DNs on an IP phone. Is anyone using attendant console and CAD/CSD on the same box with sucesss? Can any of the cisco folks in the group comment on what is supported and what isn't?
