Hi there,
Error is getting while Signing In of Agent in Cisco Finesse.There is error message as "Authorization failed.Contact your administrator".I have checked all services are in running state.I restarted Cisco Finesse Tomcat Service but still getting same error.
When I checked it on Google,it is known bug - CSCvm57749 for above versions .Please let us know how can we fix this issue.

Hi there,
Got the solution for the above problem.I have regenerated the self signed certificates of call manager.And then restarted the services.
