Strange but I am the only one of about 30 users that can get the webview webpage to load. They get the "page cannot be displayed" Any ideas, I can login and run reports but no one else can. We recently upgraded to 7.26

HiI wonder if there is way to move the call in waiting queue to backup or another queue if all the agents from the current queue are logged off for meeting or break. The call in exisiting queue should go to backup queue. Is there way to automate this...
