Call Redirect after hours

HiI have setup call redirect to outside number to company which handles call after hour. Scripts work fine during day but after 6pm, when somebody dials, it trys to transfer the call, rings once and then system play message, system error has occured....

CVP G711 transcode issue

Has anyone tried to set up internal calls i.e. from an IP Phone to CVP. CVP only talks G711 but the IP Phone is talking G729 so transcoding resource is required. MTP need to be checked but then all calls tie up transcode resource

CTIOS vs CAD with ICM

What are the pros and cons with running CTIOS vs CAD in an ICM 6 environment? I am currently running CTIOS and from what I read CAD will allow more functionality. Is this true? What is involved with converting from 1 to the other?
