I have a issue that in the last few days the Agents calls being recorded by Calabrio seem to record ok, however when we start to listen to the playback we are missing the start of all the recorded calls, approx. the first 30 seconds, after that point...

I'm looking for an administration guide for HCS UCCE domain manager - like a getting started guide.  Configuration is complete.  It's now operations, day to day changes.  Does a guide like that exist for hosted UCCE?
