It's my understanding that UCCX licensing (agent seats) is a concurrent usage model, vs. a configured agent model.  Does anyone know how I can view current/peak concurrent agent utilization to ensure we don't hit a license limit unexpectedly?

Hi, We have changed the UCCE domain. After that all the services seems to be ok and only one server has the problem. We cant able to open the Web setup tool in that system. It is giving "service unavailable". Any idea why the webset up is not showing...
