Any options is there in UCCX8 desktop administrator via provide Agents Multiple break options to accommodate different types of breaks e.g. Long Break, Short Break, training break
Go to Solution.
Just create a not ready reason code for each of the different types of breaks, and assign them to the workflow in Desktop Admin.
When the agent hits not ready, they can then select what type of break they're on.
