Browser Behavior Finesse

We have changed the Agents from CAD to Finesse some weeks ago and now I have the following question and hope somehow can help me:

We use Chrome as browser and would like to know if we have any possibility to fix the Finesse on the screen (on the front)  , the problem is that the agent have some other Windows and multiple Tabs open (Finesse is not in Front) and Finesse doesn’t flash on Taskbar or come to the front if a call coming in ?

With which browser can I get this feature and how ?

Are the agent's phone not ringing? There really isn't an option to pop the browser tab, in 11.5 you will get the ability for toaster notifications. That's a little pop up in the bottom right.
