Business hours in ucce 12.x-a different way

I'm sure I've seen docs which highlight a different way to check for hours, days of week in an Admin script or in the main script when using 12.x

I'm sure with 12.x, I've seen a different and possible a better way with ucce-can anyone provide any advice  or point me in the right direction but can not locate anything

You're probably referring to the Business Hours feature? It may not be as robust as what you want, though, just my $.02.

This is an understatement. It's so basic that it can quickly become useless. However, if your use case doesn't involve multiple open/close times in a single day you should be mainly fine.
