Busy.aef is not working in uccx 8

Hi all,

Busy.aef script is not working in uccx 8,

all ivr port busy , the system will prompt the next call that it’s full load

We need when ever IVR  port are busy play some prompts Eg:All agents are busy please call alter like that,

Any option is there in uccx 8

If there is no IVR ports, the call will not be answered by IVR.
