Quick Quesiton. We are running UCCX 8.5 and the CAD 8.5 desktop with hardware handsets. The question is now coming up, is it possible to setup remote call center agents with softphones on a laptop. My question is this: Is there a way to turn the CAD software into a softphone media termination point or do I need the Cisco IP Communicator?
