We are using UCCE 7.x and agents login to CAD through numeric Agent ID,
Is it possible for Agents to login with thier windows domain user id instead of agent id ?

In Cisco Desktop Administrator, Personnel Configuration, Agents. Use the checkbox next to 'Agent Login By:' for either Agent ID or Agent Name
