Hi All,

Need your assistance to disable the Wrapup button from Agent Desktop, what is the process to do this?

We have ICM 8.5.1

In CAD Admin go to Work Flow Groups --> Wrap Up Data and uncheck "Enable Wrap-up data" under the desired work flow group.
