CAD desktop license username and password

Hi

I am trying to generate licencse for CAD -IPCC Enterprize 6.0 using the url given in CAD installation guide.

http://209.46.83.138/sws/ciscoLicense/LicenseRegister.html

when the login/password windows pops up it does not accept my CCO ID username/password.

Now I have a doubt if CCO user ID should be used to generate the CAD license.

Could I get some help on this .

Correct. It is not your CCO login, you need a different one that you should have been given when you ordered CAD.

Hi ,

Thanks for the reply.

I am just worried coz I did not get any login with the CAD desktop.

Is that it comes default or we have to mail licensing@cisco.com and get it seperatly.
