CAD -Display CSQ on a IP Phone

Hi,

I wanted to ask if anyone knows if it is possible to display the CSQ Name which is displayed in CAD when a calls comes in to be also displayed on the IP Phone too? I heard it may be possible to do this through scripting. Is this true or is there an easier way.

Hi,

normally, the CAD is used to present call attached data like the name of the CSQ.

The function you request is not present in UCCX, you may need to adjust your routing script to send this information to the IP Phone.
