I am getting this error on two agents, both are setup as resources and assigned correctly. Both have worked as of yesterday at the end of the business day.
I am not an experienced engineer - I am doing this job by necessity after a sudden departure.
I have uploaded the log file from one of the agents having this problem. We are not synchronized with LDAP.

Check to see if user's pc has connectivity to UCCX server or not.
