CAD > Reporting > Agent E-mail Detailed Report > inaccurate for Email CSQ

In the Agent Desktop > Reporting > Agent E-mail Detailed Display (Agent Real Time Displays) we are getting complaints on the number of E-mails completed are not accurate on their agent. Supervisor Desktop showing same thing. Multiple Agents.

Screen shot attached, this agent had handled more than a 25 emails.  I even sent in a email, she handled it, I got her reply email, yet the counter never incremented properly
