Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if there is a way for Agents to be able to copy the information presented on their CAD? Some kind of registry entry so that the information field is allowed to copy.
We are taking some user input while they are in queue and populate this to CAD. There is a requirement that the Agents need to be able to copy this information off the CAD.
(UCCE ver8.0 CAD Ver8.0)
Has anyone dealt with this before?

Hello,
It is possible and it is very easy, check on the cisco desktop administrator under the worflow, then under the enterprise date you have the option to select edit exnterprise date, if you enable it the enterprise data grid can be edited and the agent can double click on it and make copy and then paste it elsewhere.

Hi Gaurav,
Can't you work with the DB data all alone.
or you can go for some custom built cti applications which gets this data for you and then you can play around with that data.

Thank you everyone for the help. Its working now by enabling "Allow Agents to edit Enterprise Data" in Cisco Desktop Administrator.
I am very new to UCCE, any help is good.
