Failure logging in CAD agents in IPCC Enterprise 6.0. Receive Error 10125: Attempting to login to Invalid Instrument. Agent is associated with that device in CCM and all agent phones associated to JTAPI user for IPCC. Have tried the /devtype ciscophone /dn setting under the Advanced agent configuraion with no success.
The CTI Server issues the following error:

Turn the logging on on the Agnet Desk top and check what you see in the log or past it here

This what the I coudl decode from the errors I sawon the CTIOS Log,
1st Level Text = 'The device target specified does not exists. Internal or
configuration error'
2nd Level Text = 'A device target with the network target ID specified cannot be
found. This could indicate either an internal error or a configuration error'

If you fell the configuration is all ok,
make sure to reset all PG service and also CTI oS.
And also the CTI manager in Call manager.
Unassociate the phone from the Jtapi user before doing this and reassocite the phone after resetting all the services
