CAD to Finesse Migration utility

Hi Experts,

We are migrating from 8.5.1SU4 >> 10.6.1SU2 (mixed mode) >> 11.6

I was going through the CAD to Finesse migration utility tool and was wondering if I can use export & import on 10.6.1SU2 running on mixed mode as it doesn't work on 11.6 (as per the documentation).

Customer wants to run in mixed mode for 2 weeks so that the agents can get used to the change gradually.

What are my options in migrating data from CAD to Finesse?

Hi,

This is the only tool I'm aware of in terms of CAD to Finesse migration. I would contact rlafount@cisco.com with any questions about that tool as he was the author of it.
