I have just upgraded and migrated from CAD to Finesse, now many of the agents are missing the Call Activity info where they could see the journey for the specific call:

I can´t seem to find anything like this in the Finesse, only the context service but that is more like the journey for past days, month, years. What they want is for the specific ongoing call to see if other agents have talked with the customer etc.
Anybody have an idea or seen a 3rd party gadget resolve this.?
