CAD upgrade from version 7.0 to 9.0

Hi team,

I upgraded the server UCCX 7.0 to UCCX 9.0. But I'm having issue upgrading the Agent Desktop automatically on the desktops. I'm getting an error message saying the licensing server is down. I did run the client configuration file.

If I uninstall the old version 7.0 and install the new one, it works perfectly.

Can you please tell me if the auto upgrade of CAD is supported from 7 to 9?

Yes, the auto-upgrade of the client is supported from 7 to 9.  Did you change IP addresses when you upgraded the server?  It sounds like the CAD 7 client can't find the CAD 9 server.
