I was just wondering if there was any way to access the database information and the associated unencrypted audio file recordings from WFO. I'm looking to export some of the information to another system for statistical analysis.
Calabrio exposes various things or gives access to those items through their API's.
I would start with your Calabrio account team/engineer and ask for their API documentation since their docs are fairly detailed.
