Call Connects with delay in Cisco Jabber

Hi

We have CUCM 11.5, UCCX 11.6 and CUC 11.5. We have few problems while working with Cisco Jabber and Cisco Finesse.

First of all calls connect with delay while using Cisco Jabber, when I use Cisco IP Communicator instead of jabber calls will connect with no delay.

Also, sometimes cisco jabber's status change to "Connection to Phone Service Failed" and after that cisco finesse's state will change from talking to phone failure and then phone working state, but when I use Cisco IP Communicator it will work fine and no error occurs.

How can this problem happen and what cause Jabber not to function properly.
