Callers hear no ring back while the call consult transfer step executes. They hang up before the unsuccessful portion of the script is able to execute. Is there anyway to get some hold music or is there another step I should try. Need feedback ASAP!!! Thanks

Look for this service parameter, and see if it's set for "No Ring Back":
(Service->Service Parameters Select the publisher server, and select the CallManager service)

You did not specify what parameter but I checked the entire page and cannot see anything set for No Ring Back.
