Hi

I have to program many call control group in UCCX 9.0. In the earlier versions, the documentation stated that  ports numbers must be consecutive. Is it always the right way to do?

Thanks for your help

I would say so.

Bear in mind that the CTI ports are never dialled directly, so you don't need them to be nice, 4-digit numbers.

For example, if you have a 4 digit dial plan, you could allocate just the number 5456 to UCCX CTI port groups.

You can then append digits, so make the CTI Port group of 100 ports start at:

5456001

It will end at

5456100

You can still have 4-digit triggers, but you aren't wasting 100 numbers on ports that don't need to be dialled.
