We are running ICM 7.5 and in my HDS and AWDB i have the call records only for current day. Previous days data is purged. Where should I change this configuration to retain the data for longer duration. ?
I checked the registry key at computer\Hkey-Local-Machine\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc.\ICM\InstanceName\Distributor\Realtime Distributor\CurrentVersion\Purge\Reain\CallDetail\ . EveryKey under this is set to Days REG_DWORD (ox00000447(1095).

Hi,
use the icmdba tool to expand the HDS database - I recommend to create 2-3 GB chunks.

I have the enough DB space; issue is its purging all the old data even though I have space.
