Call forwarding

Please your help, currently I have Finesse function with Jabber without problems, that is, we can answer calls from Jabber without problems, but due to the current contingency, I need that now those calls can be diverted to a cell phone, he made the diversion in Jabber, that is, the agent goes to the Ready state in Finnish, the call comes in, it is transferred to the cell phone which rings for 1 second and then it is cut off and you cannot compete, please if anyone has a solution to this, thank you.

The way you described this, that is not possible.

You will need to use Extend and Connect in order to use a PSTN phone as an Agent device:
