Using CAD-BE in an IPCC Enterprise 7.1, single site implementation. I have my primary and backup CAD servers running on my 2 PG's. Is the idea here to setup rSpan on all switches that have my agent phones and point the traffic to the IP addresses of my CAD servers? Thanks for any insight.
