Hi,

We can use call recording (Cisco WFM) with UCM without UCCX? I want records call from PSTN and among extensions with cisco call recording (WFM).

Yes it can be deployed without UCCX. You can order CR directly from Calabrio when there is no UCCX in the mix.

Don't tell Calabrio that you have UCCx in your enviroment.... if you do, they won't talk to you from my experience.  even thou we wanted the same as you stated.  TelRex might be an option also.  That is what we ended up with.

I have never had that experience and I have dealt with them quite a lot, in fact the recommendation to sell CR direct from Calabrio is also advocated by the PM Gerry Johnsen. Here is a thread reiterating the same by the PM. If your experience has been such you should be escalating with Gerry.
