I have setup call redirect to outside number to company which handles call after hour. Scripts work fine during day but after 6pm, when somebody dials, it trys to transfer the call, rings once and then system play message, system error has occured.
Make sure that your IPCC CTI ports have a CSS assigned to them which allows them to dial the number you have specified.
Also ensure that you are dialling any required prefix, i.e. 9.

Thanks Aaron, both are in place with right CCS and prefix. Anyother thoughts.
Is there ToD routing enabled on CallManager that could prevent the calling?
Is re-direct logic in the script the same during business hours and afterhours?
Have you tried running reactive debug on IPCC?
Have you looked into the MIVR logs on IPCC?
