Call Studio Transfer Element Issue

While using Transfer element at 12.5v of Call Studio, I am getting "phone_error" while doing the Bridge transfer. After checking, we found out Destination number is containing asterik(*). Can Destination number be alpha numeric or its mandatory to have numeric number.

The element specifications guide for transfer_destination says it can. I'm assuming it works if you use a pure numeric number/destination?

Just confirming that this CVP solution is a standalone CVP solution?

i.e. if CVP is used with CCE - this is called the Comprehensive model and you don't use CVP Call Studio for transfers - but pass the call back into the CCE/ICM script where you can transfer the call (with a label).
