Hello Everyone,
We are using UCCX 10.6 .I wanted to know if we can transfer the call to an agent who is in not ready state.
Currently agent receives the transferred call from other CSQ even if he\she is in not ready state. We are using CIPC 8.4
Also if I can have any document related to blind\consultative transfer.

Without any doubt, someone can call directly to an agent extension even if they are on not Ready state. These types of calls are known as Non-ACD calls. Calls that come through the CTI Route Point >> CTI Port then script >> Select Resource are known as ACD calls and can only come if agent is in Ready state.
Also if I can have any document related to blind\consultative transfer.
There i no such documentation agents can do whatever they want. Blind or Consult purely their choice system cannot restrict them.
