Call transfer to issue in IPIVP

Unable to transfer call to queue in IPIVR scenario

Following is call flow

user ----(dial number 6666 ) ----> Cucm -----> IPIVR ------> ICM ------> Agent received -----> call transfer by dialing (6666)  ......... Call failed to transfer but still on agent

Attached is snapshot, ipivr and router logs.

Following is error on ipivr

Can you get the below information

1) 6666 -- is this post route trigger in IPIVR ? 

2) Is call queuing happening for the first time , if the agent is not available (before transfer). 

3) What is the type of VRU you are using (from the logs it looks type 9 which is supported only with system pg).

4) Can you get the complete logs from both CUCM pg (pim,opc,jgw) & VRU Pg (pim) along with route logs

Issue resolved. Label was not configured. Label should be a number on which you want to transfer call.
