Call waiting for Primary lines

I have a big group of Directors that want to keep Call waiting option on their primary extensions but be able to log into Finesse to view their agents.  What are my options? I added an agent extension but still only works if all lines are set to Max number of calls to 2 and busy trigger to 1.

I would try adding a second DN just for logging into Finesse and have that DN be the IPCC extension and their primary extension being their original extension. That way under End User >>> Directory Number Associations you will have two extensions and that will give you the max calls/busy trigger in the configuration you want that will allow call waiting and you will have an extension only used for logging into Finesse. Not sure if that will work for you, but that is what I would try.
